T-ranno v2.2

The T-ranno platform has been updated to v2.2.

The following features have been added:

• A redesigned T-ranno GUI
• More reliable answers and stronger summarisation
• Tool development: AI agents, with improved machine learning and visualisation through them
• Service generation linked to the BAS and BEMS living lab
