The GPT-based UBEM is an urban building energy modeling technology that leverages GPT's high-performance natural language processing capabilities to integrate and analyze various heterogeneous data from the city. Through this, it supports energy prediction modeling, feature engineering, and energy efficiency evaluation and decision-making. With these GPT-based UBEM applications, intelligent urban building digital twin technology can be implemented. Based on Dr. Grieves' Intelligent Digital Twin model and Dr. Tao's 5-Dimension Digital Twin model, we have proposed a framework for an urban building digital twin model as shown in the figure below. This framework operates through the interaction of several key technological elements that constitute the urban building digital twin and the exchange of data and information between these technologies. The proposed framework will be further refined through future technical implementations.
