Every service begins with a question about the city: who benefits, what evidence exists, what action follows, and how the outcome is measured. As new questions appear, new services join the ledger. The map is where every answer lands. Switch between 2D and 3D, pick a district, and stack the layers you need: building registry and 3D massing, electricity, gas, and heat use by year, outdoor temperature and urban heat island, street trees and canopy shade, plus analysis overlays such as shade at 14:00, energy-intensity rankings, and green-remodeling priority. Click any building to open its card with registry details, energy history, and diagnosis status, or ask the assistant and watch the map recolor to show the result. Sites under monitoring are colored by performance achievement and sized by expected savings. And because every service targets a value indicator (KVI), the map can show value rising over time: watch a district's indicators move as services run, and see where the city is getting better.

T-ranno CITY runs on a service ontology. One schema defines what a service is, who it serves, which data, models, and tools it draws on, what it acts on, and which value it targets. Every service, every request, and every result is written into that graph as it happens. The platform never answers from a loose pile of files.
